Cancellation Window:
Clients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their service agreement within 7 days of signing the contract. 7 days gives you time to review the agreement and ask any questions you may have.

Work Completed:
If a client cancels their service agreement after the work starts, a prorated fee will be applied based on the work completed up to that point. This ensures we are fairly compensated for the time and resources invested in your project.

Non-Refundable Services:
Please note that certain setup fees, strategy development costs, and consultancy costs may be non-refundable. These costs are often incurred at the outset of a project.

How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please submit a written request via email to contact@eighteendigitalmarketing.com. We ask that you include your name, company name (if applicable), and a brief explanation for requesting a refund. We will issue the refund within 2-7 working days.
